Ms. Greer is also a subject matter expert in grants management and post award administration of local, state and federal awards totaling tens of millions of dollars. She also possesses extensive knowledge in compliance, policy and operational management. Ms. Greer's educational background includes Bachelor of Business Administration; Master of Science Management and Master Human Resource Management.
